Please join the staff, pastors, and directors of the Passion Center in remembering and celebrating the life and ministry of our dear friend, Abusa Mark Trotter. Mark played a key role in strengthening the reach and impact of the Passion Center in Malawi. He had an amazing ability to connect, train and inspire church leaders with the Passion Center for Pastors ministry. His impact will be felt for years to come.
All who had the pleasure of knowing Mark in the U.S. and on numerous mission trips will dearly miss our brother. We are so thankful to the Lord for allowing us to get a glimpse of the joy he had in serving Him, for his faithfulness in ministering the Word, and for his labor and love for the Church and Malawi. We are all witnesses to the race Mark ran well and to the pursuit Mark encouraged many to pursue wholeheartedly- that of knowing Jesus and making Him known. We will miss him, but in our sadness we have reason to rejoice and celebrate. He lived out Acts 20:24; “But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.”
Please join us in praying for his widow, Sherry, his son, Justin Trotter and his family, and his daughter, Jacie Higgenbotham and her family. Mark will be missed but we look forward to seeing him again in a not too distant future.
